Reservations made for 11 (Will, Lauren, Ellen, John, Donna, Robin, Ashley, Scott, Anna, Nathan, Soren).  Feel free to not take part in this if you are feeling tired.

8:00 am Marriage License Appointment with Leticia Castillo at Lodge at Koele Lobby
License fee of $65.00 paid directly to license agent. Cash only – no checks, traveler’s checks or credit cards. Both bride and groom must attend this appointment.

9:00 AM Ladies’ Brunch at Hulopo’e Court

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Rehearsal - see detailed schedule here.

6:00 PM Rehearsal Dinner at Lana’i City Grill

Wedding Day, Friday, July 16, 2010
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Lauren, Ellen, Donna, Anna, Ashley, Gina: Hair and Make-up in Room with ColorCuts
High probability that Will, Bill, Nathan, Albert, John, Robin will also be "cleaning up" with ColorCuts at this time.

12:00 PM         Photographers arrive; Laundry staff to deliver wedding dress to Lauren’s room

1:00 PM         Asa Flowers to deliver Flowers

1:00 PM-1:30 PM Lunch

1:30 PM         Lauren, Ellen, Donna, Anna, Ashley, Gina, Grammy: Dressing and veiling

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Photography, Family Portraits at Lodge at Koele.  See schedule here

4:00 PM         Will + Groomsmen leave for Manele.  Chill out for an hour.

4:45 pm         All Guests gather at Lobby at Lodge at Koele

5:00 pm         Guests leave to Hulopo’e Beach (Private Transfer)

5:10 pm         Lauren and Bridal Party leave to Beach (from Koele)

5:20 pm         Will and Groomsman leaves to Beach (from Manele)

5:25 pm         Lauren, Bridal Party Hold for Procession/Guests to be seated

5:30 pm Ceremony begins.  See sequence here

6:00 pm Photo Shoot, just Will and Lauren
6:10 pm Guests leave to Cocktail Reception (Private Transfer)

6:30 pm Cocktail Reception at Croquet Lawn
Music: Nice, soft, classic Hawaiian music
7:00 pm Guests invited to Pineapple Fountain
                        Start “Ku’u Home o Kahalu’u” - Entrance Sequence, Announced by DJ Chuck.  
                        Couple’s Hula Dance with Lauren, Will, Bridesfolks and Groomsfolks
7:15 pm [DJ Chuck] Short Welcome
                        Toast by John and Ellen Robinson (Groom’s Parents)

7:20 pm First Course is served
